oh, i slay myself…lucky is the man who – wait, i already used that line in my last post.
i run through a touristy area with restaurants and such, so morning runs are bacon-licious!

in my opinion, the first mile is the hardest! there is all sorts of garbage in my head, my breathing is labored – it’s like i’ve never run before. ever. once you build up and get through that first mile, it gets better. keep going!
